These terms cover the use of this website and the enquiry process it supports.
These are starter terms prepared for the launch of this website. They are deliberately limited, they do not constitute a sale agreement, and they must be reviewed and completed by a legal adviser before being relied upon.
Enquiries and orders
Any order, specification, engraving wording, price or timing is agreed directly with you in writing after your enquiry. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Product information
HaloVase is handcrafted, and each piece is made individually. Because of that, the glass, the willow and the finishes vary naturally between pieces. Photographs and film on this website show finished pieces at home; the three-dimensional representation on the homepage is an art-directed illustration of the design. Neither is a specification.
Cremated remains
HaloVase is a memorial that holds cremated remains within its pedestal. We treat this with the care it deserves. How the ashes are handled is agreed with you sensitively and directly before anything is arranged.
The living willow
Willow is a living thing. It responds to light, water, handling and the room it stands in. Each piece is planted with curly willow. We give guidance, but we cannot guarantee the growth or lifespan of any plant.
No health or environmental claims
We make no therapeutic, air-purification, wellbeing or environmental claims about HaloVase. It is a memorial object with a living willow in it.
Intellectual property
The HaloVase name, the halo mark, the wordmark, the copy and the imagery on this website belong to Bowtie AeroBotanics. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
